Android Reverse Tethering for windows users.
Tethering is the ability to surf on your pc using the 3g of your phone
Reverse tethering is the opposite : Surf on your phone using the ADSL of your PC. No Wifi or 3G connection required.
NOTE : This work only for rooted users !!!

Installation :
Unpack the
zip file. This zip files contains the windows part, ADB and the android APK.
Before starting the tool :
1) You must install drivers for your device. Generic driver provided by google is on the usb_driver.zip
2) Ensure you have debugging enabled on your phone :
Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging > Turn On
4) Ensure you have root access AND SuperUser application installed.
5) Change the superuser settings (Menu -> Preferences -> Notifications part) :
Uncheck “Notifications” label to display “Do not show notification when an app is granted Su Permissions”
6) Open AndroidTool.exe, click connect
7) Click Allow
8) Now you can browse with your android
How to solve facebook slow/ lag at chrome?
My facebook nowadays always not loading properly, the new post/ status update is blank in news feed, the chat is always reconnecting, and when opening new tab of facebook sometimes it stop loading, to solve this:
- Open http://www.opendns.com/opendns-ip-addresses/
- Take a not to the dns address there, for example 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220
- Open your network and lan properties, change the dns to that dns
Now your facebook become normal again, it worked for me.
1. Power down phone.
2. Hold down Volum Up, and plug in the Usb Cable to the computer, make sure the LED is BLUE.
3. Open and extract fastboot.rar from
here , then open fastboot folder.
4. Now in the command prompt type fastboot flash boot boot.img
5. Verify that u get [ OK ] at end of flashing
6. Disconnect USB cable
7. Power on phone
8. When the OS boots up make sure that "Unknown sources" and "USB Debugging" is enabled
9. Connect device via USB cable to PC
10. Start SuperOneClick app, you can get it from
here, click on Root.
11. This is it, the moment of truth!!!! You've now successfully rooted your phone...
*Your internal data will be erase after doing this
- Go to: http://unlockbootloader.sonyericsson.com/instructions. At the bottom click 'Continue' and enter your IMEI (type *#06# to find out), name and email address.
- You should now receive your unique unlock key. Note this down.
- Download and Extract fastboot.rar from here and open fastboot folder.
- Hold SHIFT and right click on the background of the folder
- Select 'Open command window here'
- Connect your phone in S1 Fastboot mode (turn phone off, hold [volume up] button and plug in USB Cable to the computer.) Make sure that the blue LED is on after plugging-in!
- Now windows ask you to locate the drivers. Locate and install the drivers from here.
- Enter fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version in the command prompt from step 5, and verify that you get a response back (for example "0.3"). This means your phone is connected properly.
- Type in fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY and replace KEY with the key provided in step 2 and wait.
- And voila!!! Your device should now be bootloader unlocked!
